Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Dirt Devil products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the product, along with all original attachments and the packing slip, into the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
